Michael Kors in New York is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Workflow and Production to lead day-to-day execution of creative projects that support the brand and business goals. You will partner with internal teams and creative partners to move projects from concept through completion in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in creative services or production, strong production-management skills, excellent time management, and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of experience in creative services/brand/project management/production.
• Strong understanding of how Creative Services operate.
• Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept through final delivery.
• Bridge the gap between creative departments to ensure content is delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain photoshoot production timelines, workflows, and resource plans.
• Track project metrics, production calendars, and team capacity to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with post-production teams for editing, retouching, approvals, and final asset delivery.
