Associate Manager, Creative Workflow and Production
Who You Are:
The Associate Manager, Creative Workflow and Production helps lead the day-to-day execution of creative projects that support the brand and business goals. Working closely with internal teams and creative partners, this role keeps projects moving and helps from concept through completion.The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner with strong production management skills, a creative mindset, and experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept through final delivery.
- Bridge the gap between the creative departments (art, fashion, editorial, events/pr, post, ecomm) to ensure content are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain photoshoot production project timelines, workflows, and resource plans to meet business priorities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Track project metrics, production calendars, and team capacity to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure timely editing, retouching, approvals, and final asset delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Put together timelines for projects from start to finish to properly be able to delegate work.
- Track project metrics, workload, and team capacity to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.
- Stay informed on creative trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have 3-6 years of experience in creative services/brand/project management/production (agency, fashion experience ideal/preferred)
- Strong understanding of inner workings of Creative Services
- Detail orientation
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with good follow-up

- Experience managing production schedules, budgets, vendors, freelancers, and external production partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- The ability to think strategically, drive results and build a high-performance organization
- Proven ability to be strategic and tactical
- Entrepreneurial, out of the box thinker
- Previous experience managing creative teams or mentoring team members
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; proficiency in Wrike is preferred
