Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Workflow and Production to lead day-to-day execution of creative projects that support the brand and business goals. You will work closely with internal teams and creative partners, ensuring projects move from concept through completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong production management skills, a collaborative spirit, and 3–6 years of experience in creative services/brand management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–6 years in creative services/brand/project management/production (agency, fashion ideal).
• Strong understanding of Creative Services inner workings.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept to final delivery.
• Bridge the gap between art, fashion, editorial, events/PR, post, ecomm to ensure on-time, on-brief, within budget content.
• Develop and maintain photoshoot production timelines, workflows, and resource plans to meet business priorities.
