Job summary

Michael Kors in the NY Metro Area is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Workflow and Production to lead day-to-day execution of creative projects that support brand goals. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to move work from concept through delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years’ experience in creative services/production, with strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–6 years in creative services/brand/project management/production.
• Strong production management understanding and ability to manage deadlines.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of creative from concept to delivery.
• Bridge creative departments to ensure on-time, on-brief, within-budget content.
• Develop production timelines, workflows, and resource plans aligned to priorities.
• Track metrics, calendars, and capacity to optimize workflows and allocation.
• Coordinate with post-production for editing, retouching, approvals and delivery.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks and communicate updates to stakeholders.
