Bishop-McCann LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive creative delivery across print, digital, video, and live events. You’ll own intake, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination, ensuring on-time, on-budget results for multi-category programs.

You are the operational engine of a multidisciplinary team, aligning account, creative, and production units, protecting scope, and keeping teams moving across concurrent projects with calm leadership.

Formación

• 2+ years of project management experience in an agency or with creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own project intake, scoping, and kickoff for creative work with clear briefs, deliverables, and dates.
• Run all active projects in the project management system and keep status, priorities, and capacity visible.
• Coordinate handoffs across departments for estimation, production, and onsite delivery.
• Manage project budgets: estimate, track hours and materials, invoices, and flag scope creep.
• Oversee print production coordination and onsite production integration.
• Be onsite for assigned events to manage scripting, content, and show flow.
