The Creative Operations Senior Manager will oversee staffing, resources, budgets, and project health to ensure the creative department runs smoothly.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Creative Operations, you will coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage forecasts, and support on-time

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Creative Operations or related role.
• Experience partnering with Creative leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing scopes of work, staffing plans, timelines, and estimates.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness including tracking budgets and freelance spend.
• Experience managing creative workflows from brief through delivery.
• Understanding creative resourcing balancing staff and contractors against project needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• People-first approach to operations with accountability.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to spot issues early.
• Experience with project management, resource management, and financial tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the day-to-day creative resource tracker with allocations and project assignments.
• Partner with Creative leadership to staff projects with right people and skills.
• Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Production, and leads to understand upcoming work and staffing needs.
• Monitor capacity and utilization; flag conflicts or under/over-allocation.
• Lead weekly resource and staffing meetings; follow up on staffing changes.
• Coordinate freelance resources and onboarding/extensions as needed.
• Understand the creative team's skills and availability to guide staffing decisions.
• Keep teams informed of staffing changes and visibility on who is working on what.
• Forecast upcoming resource needs by reviewing pipelines and capacity.
• Improve resource management tools, trackers, and workflows.
