Job summary

Guttenplan's Frozen Dough, INC is seeking an Office Administrator/Graphic Designer to blend front-desk duties with creative design work for print and digital media. You will manage the product photo library, shoot or curate imagery, and support multiple departments with admin tasks.

You will refine designs in Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop, help with web updates on Squarespace, and ensure projects meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in office administration or as a graphic designer/illustrator, or similar role.
• Demonstrable portfolio of completed marketing materials.
• Proficient with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and answer inbound calls at reception.
• Assist with filing management and support accounts payable/receivable.
• Provide admin support to all departments as needed.
• Maintain high level of organization in all office tasks.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on design briefs.
• Prepare rough drafts from sales input and requirements.
• Refine designs using Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign).
• Create visuals with colors/graphics to illustrate concepts.
• Ensure printed illustrations meet color/quality standards.
• Generate web content and update Squarespace site.
• Stay current with design techniques and software.
• Manage product photo library and create new photography as needed.
