Moonshot, a crypto-focused app, is hiring a Growth Lead to architect and execute growth from the ground up. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy, coordinate paid channels, and drive organic creator-led initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll build a hands-on, scrappy function, hire and lead growth marketers, and relentlessly test ideas to scale user acquisition and engagement for a NYC-preferred, remote-friendly company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scale a consumer product in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with paid social channels and content-driven growth.
• Strong data-driven decision making and experimentation mindset.

Responsabilités

• Own growth strategy end-to-end for user acquisition and engagement.
• Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
• Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies.
• Generate and test growth ideas proactively and own the brief.
• Build and lead the growth team as the function scales.
