Content Creators in New York, NY is hiring the first marketing hire to craft our brand voice. This onsite role partners directly with founders to shape storytelling, grow awareness, and drive early traction through video, newsletters, and paid social.

You will own the content calendar, experiment with formats, and oversee paid media either in-house or via an agency. You’ll ensure the brand stays consistent across product, sales, and customer communications as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Content that went viral for a B2B or consumer brand.
• Built content plans at a startup or an agency that takes risks.
• Video and editing craft.
• Comfortable owning everything.

Responsibilities

• Build the brand through short-form video, newsletters and paid social.
• Own the content calendar and iterate on what performs.
• Run paid media, or manage the agency that does.
• Keep the brand consistent across sales and product.
