Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children and children's events.
• Must have excellent people skills.
• Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication.
• Retail and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once (e.g., children’s parties, craft classes).
• Engage customers of all ages and create a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate craft projects and lead activities; perform face painting and related tasks as needed.
• Coordinate party add-ons (goody bags, balloons) to company standards.
• Handle event communications with clients and store team members.
• Complete admin tasks (emails, calls, paperwork).
• Adjust plans based on client feedback; develop backup plans.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
