Michaels Portland, ME is seeking an energetic events coordinator to plan and run in-store activities, including kids' birthday parties and craft classes. You will engage guests of all ages, teach simple crafts, and help customers while delivering a friendly checkout experience.

This role also supports store operations, stock, and safety protocols; prior retail or service experience is helpful for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience planning or coordinating events or parties is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
