Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events at the Worcester Michaels store, including children’s birthday parties and other craft events.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help guests shop and check out quickly.
• Instruct participants in craft activities and facilitate party addons (goody bags, balloons).
• Assist with client communications, store team coordination, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during events and restore space after activities.
