Job summary

The Michaels in Portage, MI is seeking an Event Coordination & Customer Experience specialist to plan and coordinate in-store events, including children’s birthday parties, while delivering friendly service and helping customers shop and check out quickly.

You will partner with store teams, handle basic administrative tasks, and adjust plans based on client feedback to ensure a smooth, engaging guest experience. Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
