Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events (e.g., children’s parties, craft classes).
• Demonstrate crafts and lead participants through activities.
• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons per company standards.
• Communicate event details with clients and store team members.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, paperwork.
• Adapt plans based on client feedback and needs.
• Create backup/ emergency plans for events.
• Ensure client satisfaction and uphold safety standards.
• Set up and break down event space and keep areas clean.
• Cross-train in framing selling/production when applicable.
• Participate in daily store cleanliness duties and store upkeep.
