Job summary

Wellness Pet Company in Burlington, MA, seeks a Creative Director to define and elevate how the Wellness brand shows up in the world. This senior role shapes creative strategy, direction and execution across identity, packaging, campaigns and digital experiences.

You will lead internal teams and external agencies, translating strategy into distinctive creative work and confidently presenting to the CEO and leadership team. Office-based Mon‑Thu, with Fri remote.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in agencies and consumer brands.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional thinking across brand identity, packaging, campaigns and experiences.
• Deep experience building and evolving consumer brands in design-driven categories.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand and business strategy into creative strategy and expression.
• Lead and inspire external creative and design agency partners.
• Articulate thinking with persuasive presentations to CEO and C‑suite audiences.
• Establish a clear creative point of view for Wellness across channels and touchpoints.
