Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Commercial Analytics or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams.
• Strong strategic analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Deep experience with syndicated data such as IRICircana Nielsen and customer POS data.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of category management strategy to inform growth.
• Translate data into actionable BI insights and selling stories.
• Engage senior leadership and external retail customers with category reviews and presentations.
• Analyze syndicated POS shopper data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Lead analysis of sales share, brand and market performance to optimize investments.
• Oversee promotional analysis and translate findings into future campaigns.
• Own evolution of commercial data and reporting capabilities with IT support for Power BI.
• Lead a high performing category management team.
