Ceci New York, a premier luxury invitation design studio in New York, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to guide clients from first inquiry through final reveal, collaborating with our creative team to translate ideas into unforgettable experiences.

You’ll balance relationship-building, project management, and strategic communication, delivering white-glove service to discerning clients and expanding partnerships with luxury brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-end client relationships for luxury brands or events.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear direction for a design team.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients from inquiry through project completion.
• Lead client meetings and creative conversations with warmth and professionalism.
• Translate client goals into clear creative direction for our design team.
• Guide projects from concept through production with proactive updates.
• Manage multiple projects with organization and attention to detail.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and production schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, production partners, and vendors for flawless execution.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and services.
• Bridge creativity, craftsmanship, and client experience.
