Job summary

Black Flower Agency, a NYC-based experiential marketing unit of the MCI Group, seeks a Senior Account Manager with a strong background in luxury fashion, events and VIP hospitality. You will drive premium loyalty programs and luxury brand experiences for high-value clients, coordinating strategies, budgets and partnerships.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, and a passion for delivering high-end, flawless events in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in luxury fashion, loyalty or hospitality programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality management or related field.
• Fluency in luxury brands and fashion sectors.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage luxury experiential activations focused on fashion, events and VIP hospitality.
• Oversee logistics, budgeting and vendor management for high-end client activations.
• Lead client strategy pitches and on-site event execution to ensure premium service.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with partners.
