Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid identification
• Ability to read, write, and communicate to complete duties and follow safety regulations
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, and the physical base scores for this position
• Able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including regular attendance
• Agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes, and decorate cakes with frosting
• Take orders, complete orders, and store orders in the bakery cooler
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters
• Track and record loss
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation work habits
