Job summary

WITHIN is looking for a Production Coordinator to keep creative projects moving across copywriters, designers, and motion designers in a fast-paced agency.

You will manage asset flow, maintain file organization and versioning, and track status across multiple workstreams while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines. Hybrid NYC area; strong salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years producing coordination or traffic/asset management in agency or in-house teams.
• Experience supporting B2B brands is a major bonus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of creative assets across copywriters, designers, and motion designers.
• Track project status across concurrent workstreams and update stakeholders.
• Maintain clean file organization and naming for quick retrieval.
• Coordinate between core creative roles and production timelines.
• Communicate proactively with internal and external partners.
