Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in production coordination or as a creative assistant within animation, film, or experimental media
  • Working knowledge of animation production workflows and asset tracking systems such as ShotGrid or FlowPT
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Ability to translate a director's vision into organized production tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional communication with internal and external partners
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong judgment and ability to make decisions quickly or gather necessary context
