Job summary

FUEL, a boutique branding agency in Greenville, SC, seeks a mid-career Creative Agency Project Manager to own our operational engine room. You will manage project schedules, resources, and delivery, distinguishing PM from Account Management while collaborating with leadership to optimize workflows and AI automation.

You’ll maintain Basecamp as the central source of truth and mentor teams toward on-time, high-quality work.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of dedicated project management experience within a creative agency, branding boutique, or digital marketing agency.
• Hands-on mastery of Basecamp (or platforms like Monday.com/Asana) with experience building complex task dependencies to manage client projects.
• An automation mindset; enthusiasm for software integrations, digital shortcuts, and leveraging AI technologies to optimize workflows.
• Assertive communication skills and natural comfort managing scope creep, driving team accountability, and keeping timelines on schedule.

Responsibilities
