FUEL in Greenville, SC seeks a mid-career Creative Agency Project Manager to own operational workflows, balancing project management with account coordination. You will architect processes, implement AI/automation, and maintain Basecamp as the central truth for project delivery.

The role requires 3–5+ years in a creative agency setting, proficiency with Basecamp or similar tools, and a mindset toward automation.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of project management experience in a creative agency, branding boutique, or digital marketing agency.
Proficiency with Basecamp or comparable tools (Monday.com/Asana) and Google Workspace.
Interest in software integrations, automation, and AI to optimize workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to push for urgency while managing vendor expectations.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed project plans; monitor burn rates and protect margins.

Lead internal huddles and quality gates; support client updates and brief quality control.
Coordinate asset handoffs, QA workflows, and project retrospectives.
