Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners is seeking a Mortgage Finance Operations Analyst to support Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations by maintaining facility, loan, asset, and transaction data and assisting with funding, payoff, servicing, fees, and reporting activities. The role involves reconciling information, tracking exceptions, and improving processes across the CRE warehouse platform.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics and 1–3 years in financial

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years in financial services operations or related area; entry-level candidates may be considered.
Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; experience with operational systems and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
Reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, and fees; handles supporting documentation.
Tracks exceptions and provides accurate status reporting.
Establishes controls and contributes to process improvements across CRE warehouse operations.
Maintains effective client relationships and delivers world-class operational services.
Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within Residential/CRE Warehouse.
