Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3+ years of directly related experience in Warehouse Lending or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse lending operational processes and collateral management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Fund warehouse lending transactions and support clients as they work to close loans for their borrowers.
• Manage the movement of collateral, ensuring documents are received, processed, tracked, and delivered accurately and on time.
• Partner with mortgage lenders, investors, document custodians, and internal business partners to resolve issues and keep transactions moving forward.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience by responding to funding requests, answering questions, and building strong working relationships with clients.
• Identify potential issues, determine appropriate solutions, and elevate concerns when needed to minimize delays and risk.
• Improve processes and support initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the continued growth of the Warehouse Lending business.
