CoStar Group’s LoopNet division in Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales Executive to partner with owners and brokers, developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase properties online and drive advertising revenue.

You will build long-lasting client relationships, present ROI using analytics tools, and travel for in-person meetings to expand your portfolio.

The role is on-site in Pittsburgh with strong earning potential through generous commissions and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management in B2B selling CRE, digital advertising or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maintaining customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management – build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and act as trusted advisor.
• Business Development – prospect new clients using property data to drive sales.
• Teamwork – collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to grow revenue.
• Industry Acumen – develop expertise in digital advertising and CRE trends.
• Customer Focus – deliver outstanding support and market insights to clients.
• Travel – conduct regular in-person meetings; travel as needed outside the driving radius.
