Qualifications

• 3-5 years commercial banking experience with strong credit judgment, business development discipline, and demonstrated ability to grow and manage a profitable CRE portfolio.
• Required expertise in CRE lending including construction, bridge, and permanent financing with ability to evaluate feasibility, borrower capacity, repayment sources, collateral, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow CRE portfolio focused on construction, bridge, and permanent loans with a plan for expansion and profitability.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for CRE clients delivering trusted financial guidance and coordinating solutions across the bank.
• Generate new prospects and convert clients through targeted calling, market visibility, and community involvement.
• Expand profitability by cross-selling deposits, treasury management, and Univest solutions in partnership with other business lines.
• Understand customer business models to structure credit solutions and ensure timely credit information.
