Qualifications

• 3–5 years commercial banking experience with strong credit judgment and a proven ability to grow a CRE portfolio.
• Expertise in CRE lending (construction, bridge, permanent) and evaluating feasibility and risk.
• Track record in generating new client relationships and cross-selling bank solutions.
• Strong portfolio management, risk monitoring, and credit presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; CRE analysis training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a CRE portfolio focused on construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
• Serve as the primary CRE relationship owner, coordinating solutions across the bank.
• Generate new prospects and convert clients through targeted outreach and community involvement.
• Expand profitability by cross-selling deposits, treasury management, and other Univest solutions.
• Structure and negotiate credit terms, and prepare credit analyses and term sheets.
