Job summary

Univest is seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager to develop and manage a Baltimore, MD CRE portfolio. You will deliver lending and financial solutions, identify growth opportunities, and provide exceptional client service while maintaining a strong loan portfolio.

You will own CRE relationships, coordinate across credit, treasury management, and other Univest partners, and drive profitability through cross-selling and proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years commercial banking experience with CRE focus.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and ncino credit workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow a CRE portfolio including construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for CRE clients delivering financial guidance.
• Generate new prospects and expand client base through targeted outreach and referrals.
• Cross-sell deposits, treasury management and Univest solutions to deepen relationships.
• Understand client real estate strategies to structure credit solutions within policy.
• Prepare analysis, deal screens, and term sheets for underwriting and approval.
