Qualifications

• 3-5 years commercial banking experience with strong credit judgment.
• Proven ability to grow and manage a profitable CRE portfolio.
• Expertise in CRE lending: construction, bridge, and permanent financing.
• Demonstrated success generating new client relationships and cross-selling deposits.
• Strong executive presence and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a CRE portfolio focused on construction, bridge, and permanent loans.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for CRE clients delivering guidance and coordinating solutions.
• Generate new prospects via calling, market visibility, referrals, and community involvement.
• Cross-sell deposits, treasury management, and Univest solutions to expand profitability.
• Understand customer business models to structure credit solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and price terms including collateral and risk pricing.
• Prepare analyses, deal screens and term sheets; submit loan requests for underwriting and approval.
