Job summary

JLL is seeking a Property Associate in Bellevue, WA to serve as the primary admin contact for a downtown office building. You will support accounting, tenant relations, and customer service while assisting with lease administration and vendor coordination.

This entry-level position offers growth in commercial property management with exposure to senior leadership and client-facing activities. On-site presence is required and visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of office experience, preferably in commercial real estate or property management
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with growth potential in CRE

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries and coordinating maintenance resolutions
• Support property management with data entry, document prep, and maintenance of property records
• Process AP/AR, COIs, and invoice coding; assist with financial tasks
• Coordinate vendor activities and work orders to ensure timely maintenance
• Prepare monthly reports and property performance updates for senior management
• Assist with lease administration and tenant move-in processes
• Support tenant events and community engagement initiatives
• Provide back-up reception and mail distribution support
• Adhere to Property Management Agreements and local requirements
