Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management or related experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process.
• Possess real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.
• Ability to analyze, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including vendors.
• Experience in negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease administration duties for properties.
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with PM policies, codes, and regulations.
• Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Develop annual inspection processes and complete required inspections.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; track variances; oversee CAM reconciliations.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts per requirements.
• Abstract leases in lease administration software accurately.
• Coordinate with owners and accounting for reporting and compliance.
• Oversee tenant and building construction work to meet timelines.
• Participate in leasing and client meetings; align leasing and PM teams.
