Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field required.
• 3–5+ years in CRE lending, credit administration, loan operations, or related banking function.
• Strong knowledge of CRE loan structures, covenants, and collateral documentation.
• Experience with covenant monitoring, portfolio reporting, or loan administration in banking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated resource to CRE Relationship Managers, enabling them to focus on client development and deal execution.
• Prepare and review credit memos, including new requests, modifications, extensions, and annual reviews.
• Assist in draw requests management and construction loan disbursements.
• Support loan closing with due diligence organization and documentation review.
• Maintain proactive portfolio status updates and timely item resolution.
