Job summary
FNBO - First National Bank of Omaha seeks a Portfolio Manager, Commercial Real Estate to support Relationship Managers and Credit Analysts in the CRE loan portfolio. The role focuses on covenant monitoring, collateral oversight, and data integrity across nCino, ensuring an audit-ready portfolio while enabling RMs to pursue client relationships and deal execution.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in CRE lending or related banking functions and a solid understanding of CRE structures,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.
- 3–5+ years in CRE lending, credit administration, loan operations.
- Knowledge of CRE loan structures, covenants, collateral documentation.
- Experience with covenant monitoring, portfolio reporting, or loan administration.
- Proficiency in nCino or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide portfolio administration support to CRE Relationship Managers.
- Assist in review of credit memos and loan documents.
- Support covenant monitoring and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate collateral filings and loan documentation.
- Ensure accurate data in nCino and reporting tools.
- Communicate portfolio status and deadlines to RMs.
