First National Bank of Omaha is seeking a Portfolio Manager for Commercial Real Estate. This role coordinates with Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Operations to ensure an audit-ready CRE loan portfolio and strong data integrity.

The ideal candidate has CRE lending, credit administration, or loan operations experience, with exceptional attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration skills across multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5+ years in CRE lending, credit administration, loan operations, or similar banking role.
• Strong understanding of CRE loan structures and collateral documentation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a dedicated resource to CRE Relationship Managers, supporting portfolio administration.
• Review credit memos, loan modifications, extensions, and annual reviews with RMs and analysts.
• Coordinate draw requests, disburse construction loan commitments, and assist in loan closings.
• Maintain covenant monitoring and tracking, escalating exceptions with clear docs.
• Ensure collateral filings (UCC, deeds, mortgages) are current and properly filed.
• Support reporting integrity and liaison with Operations for accurate data.
