Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania is seeking an Investment Real Estate Underwriting Portfolio Manager 2 to oversee a designated CRE loan portfolio, perform credit underwriting, construction monitoring, and ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines.

You will mentor junior staff, work with Relationship Managers to strengthen client relationships, and drive timely, accurate underwriting with KPI adherence.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of CRE lending and underwriting guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and monitor an Investment Real Estate portfolio with high accuracy.
• Lead complex transactions including construction loans and capital structures.
• Monitor KPIs and risk ratings within approved tolerances.
• Support Relationship Managers to manage client relationships.
• Ensure regulator and internal audit reviews are satisfactory.
• Collaborate on group-wide process improvements and mentor juniors.
• Present credit actions in written and verbal forums.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
