Job summary

FNBO seeks a Sr. Advisor, CRE Portfolio Manager to support Relationship Managers and Credit Administration in maintaining a healthy, audit-ready CRE loan portfolio. You will coordinate covenant monitoring, collateral oversight, and data integrity across internal teams.

You will manage nCino system inputs, assist with loan closings, and help prepare portfolio reports for CRE leadership in a hybrid Omaha office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated resource to CRE Relationship Managers to support portfolio administration.
• Review credit memos, new requests, loan modifications, extensions, and annual reviews.
• Assist with draw requests, construction loan disbursements, and loan closings.
• Monitor covenant reports, identify deficiencies, and drive timely resolution.
• Maintain collateral filings and documentation aligned with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare portfolio-level reports and management updates for CRE leadership.
