Job summary

First National Bank of Pennsylvania invites a seasoned Investment Real Estate Underwriting Portfolio Manager to oversee a designated CRE loan portfolio. You will manage underwriting, monitoring, and client relationships, while upholding high credit quality and regulatory compliance.

The role includes mentoring junior staff and leading complex transactions, such as construction loans and large developments, within a collaborative Credit team.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Investment Real Estate lending and banking regulations.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, monitor, and analyze assigned Investment Real Estate portfolio with high quality and timely risk identification.
• Lead complex transactions including construction loans and multi-level capital structures.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs/KRIs and ensure compliance with risk appetite and regulatory standards.
• Support Commercial Relationship Managers in client relationships and creditability.
• Mentor junior Underwriting Portfolio Managers and present credit actions in analyses and meetings.
• Ensure regulator and auditor reviews remain satisfactory and policy compliance is maintained.
