Principal Financial Group is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Finance Analyst to join our Commercial Real Estate Finance Consulting team in Des Moines, IA. You’ll analyze and complete all aspects of financing transactions to meet client investment strategies.

You’ll coordinate information delivery, draft and negotiate terms, build relationships with real estate owners, developers and brokers, and stay abreast of developments in CRE financing while supporting firm procedures and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documentation and assess risk.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and assess risks of transaction due diligence.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize terms and conditions of legal documentation.
• Coordinate information delivery between internal and external parties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate owners, developers and brokers.
• Research developments in commercial real estate financing and assist in procedures.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
