Responsibilities

• Lead analytics on deal analytics, disclosure and offering documents.
• Serve as primary contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in regulatory and ethical compliance for the role.
• Obtain and summarize market data to analyze trend opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Northland strategic vision and growth opportunities.
• Support business development and client proposals; create pitch materials.
• Coordinate deal processing activities and documentation closures.
• Liaise with issuers, counsel, rating agencies and credit enhancers.
• Maintain reporting tools for Public Finance activities.
