Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Real Estate Corporate Banking Analyst in Dallas, TX. The role involves design, origination, structuring, and execution of loan commitments, syndications, and capital markets products for REIT/Fund clients.

You will support senior bankers, conduct credit and underwriting analyses, and maintain client relationships while delivering timely and accurate analyses and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills and financial modeling ability.
• Experience with credit analysis and underwriting preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and identify Regions’ products and services to help clients achieve goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to value REIT/Fund companies and project results.
• Conduct due diligence to evaluate risk/return of transactions.
• Support senior bankers in client interactions and profitability analysis.
• Maintain proprietary databases with market and client information.
• Prepare pitches, proposals and client materials as needed.
• Coordinate with coverage and Credit Products teams to deliver a full-bank solution.
