Job summary

United Financials Capital (UFC) is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Support Analyst to provide front-end credit review and transaction support for our lending operations. This role analyzes incoming loan opportunities, evaluates sponsor and collateral strength, and prepares professional, committee-ready credit packages for presentation to UFC’s Credit Committee.

Qualifications

Experience as an analyst in CRE lending.
Solid understanding of CRE fundamentals and credit presentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform front-end loan file review focusing on credit quality, sponsor strength, collateral and deal structure.
Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, appraisals, environmental reports, insurance policies, and title commitments.
Prepare concise credit narratives and committee-ready credit packages for the Credit Committee, executive team, and Board.
Coordinate transaction execution with accounting, underwriting, vendors, legal counsel, servicing partners and title/insurance vendors.
Communicate with borrowers and credit union partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Manage UFC’s SharePoint document system and ensure audit-ready loan files.
