Who We Are
United Financials Capital (UFC) is a commercial real estate loan origination and lending platform built by Minnesota credit unions to better serve their members. UFC unites partner institutions across the Upper Midwest through collaboration, shared expertise, and efficient execution to expand credit unions’ reach in commercial real estate lending.
Our platform enables credit union owners to book high-quality loans directly on their own balance sheets while reducing internal staffing demands, diversifying portfolios, and delivering essential financial services to members. UFC is highly selective and credit-focused, managing loans across four core asset classes: Multifamily, Retail, Industrial, and Senior Healthcare, with typical loan sizes ranging from $2 million to $35 million.
Credit unions have invested in UFC to create a dynamic vehicle for growth in both liquid and tight markets, and we are now expanding our team with the addition of a Commercial Real Estate Support Analyst.
