Job summary

Colliers International in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Senior Client Services Coordinator to support marketing, administrative tasks, and client service for a busy CRE team. This role helps prepare reports, presentations, and proposals while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

You will stay highly organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with brokers and marketing colleagues to create compelling marketing materials and service client needs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of marketing/administrative support experience in commercial real estate or related professional services.
• Proficient in intermediate MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of commercial real estate brokers with preparing/updating sales reports, database management and marketing reports.
• Create content for proposals, presentations and RFPs using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate marketing collateral and campaigns and assist with lease/amendment paperwork and tours.
• Collaborate with brokers and marketing colleagues to deliver high-quality materials on time.
