Proficiency in Adobe InDesign to edit marketing material/templates.
Proficiency in MS Office (PPT/Word/Excel).
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or similar field.
Ability to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and handle stressful situations.
Excellent communication, follow-through, and ability to meet commitments.

Responsibilities

Balance multiple activities and projects for team members and track action items.
Coordinate transaction and due diligence processes, enter deal sheets, and support paperwork.
Execute marketing campaigns, schedule campaigns, manage mailing lists, and generate reports.
Create marketing flyers and update projects; reflect brokers’ recent transactions on relevant websites.
Collect data from departments (company searches, property details) and prepare market reports.
Develop pitches and presentations for a range of clients and brokers.
