Job summary
Truist seeks a focused CRE Mortgage Servicing professional to support business development and loan placement for the Capital Markets team. You will craft proposal documents, analyze profitability, and monitor third-party servicing opportunities while engaging lenders and borrowers through Salesforce.
You will coordinate due diligence, prepare financing packages, and help manage timelines for quotes, approvals, and closings in a dynamic commercial real estate portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in CRE mortgage loan servicing.
- Experience interpreting CRE mortgage servicing agreements and securitized CRE financing documents.
- Loan underwriting and analysis experience across asset types.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop proposal documentation for third-party servicing clients and monitor progress.
- Perform profitability analysis related to third-party servicing opportunities and benchmark performance.
- Negotiate CRE mortgage servicing agreements and related legal documents.
- Document discussions with clients using Salesforce for our servicing platform.
- Support the implementation of Master and Special servicing.
- Assist with underwriting and analysis of income-producing real estate assets and financing packages.
