Truist is seeking a CRE Mortgage Servicing professional to support, analyze, and manage CRE mortgage servicing business development and loan placement for the Capital Markets team.
The role involves developing proposal documentation, profitability analyses, and negotiating servicing agreements with third-party clients, while documenting client interactions in Salesforce and coordinating with external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Two to five years of experience in a commercial real estate mortgage loan servicing.
- Experience interpreting CRE mortgage servicing agreements, servicer letters, and securitized CRE financing documents.
- Loan underwriting and analysis experience across multiple asset class types.
- Deep knowledge of income-producing real estate.
Responsibilities
- Develop proposal documentation for prospective third-party servicing clients and monitor progress of third-party servicing opportunities.
- Perform profitability analysis related to third-party servicing opportunities and benchmark against projections.
- Negotiate CRE mortgage servicing agreements and related documents.
- Document discussions with clients and prospects in Salesforce for third-party servicing platforms.
- Assist with underwriting and analysis of income-producing real estate assets for financing packages.
