Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Banker to deliver customized banking and capital markets solutions to private developers and investors nationwide. The banker serves as the primary contact, maintaining and growing client relationships and executing a profitable growth plan across CRE.

This role requires deep CRE knowledge, strong credit and risk management, and the ability to collaborate with product partners across Capital Markets, Treasury, Mortgage Banking and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 12–15 years of related CRE banking experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, marketing and sales abilities.
• Proven negotiating ability.
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate development and investment.
• Experience with Real Estate Finance modeling (IPL, DCF, Argus).

Responsibilities

• Drive credit facilities, capital markets transactions, and treasury management services.
• Lead client relationships and growth plans with prospects and existing clients.
• Engage with product partners across the bank to provide proactive CRE solutions.
• Maintain credit risk standards and compliance results.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on opportunities and risk.
• Engage in CRE industry organizations and mentor junior teammates.
