Job summary

JLL is seeking high-caliber professionals to launch or advance their commercial real estate brokerage careers. You will work with owners, C-Suite executives and key decision makers, reporting to Senior Team Leaders in a team-based environment.

The role includes attending JLL University, supporting senior brokers in outreach, preparing proposals and presentations, and developing materials for clients. Ideal candidates have 0–4+ years CRE or B2B sales and may pursue a Real Estate License within 90

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-4+ years of commercial real estate or B2B sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales production.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information into strategic deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Attend JLL University, a 10-week training, development, and networking program for new Associate Brokers.
• Support senior brokers in business development and outreach to new leads.
• Work on proposals, prepare property summaries, and create client presentations.
• Collaborate on materials for clients (lease comparisons, market overviews, pitches).
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Provide market information to clients and maintain prospect contacts.
• Contribute to local market research: snapshots, overviews, decks, and research.
• Review financial models, cash flows, and valuation models.
