The role emphasizes strong technical aptitude, consultative selling, and pipeline management to secure approvals and drive profitable repair opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical inspection reports and equipment documentation.
• Explain technical recommendations to clients and answer questions.
• Accurately estimate labor, parts, and materials with attention to margins.
• Present scope and options clearly to customer decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze crane inspection reports and notes to evaluate repair requirements.
• Consult with customers to review findings and define repair scopes with service team.
• Develop accurate, competitive repair estimates aligned with pricing guidelines.
• Deliver proposals to customers and guide them through options and decisions.
• Follow up on outstanding estimates to collect feedback and approvals.
• Maintain the active quote pipeline in NetSuite with accurate records.
• Collaborate with Service Specialist and branch leadership on complex opportunities.
• Support field technicians and branch personnel on component identification and repair estimation.
• Participate in weekly branch meetings to review quote turnaround and pipeline health.
